The staff were top-class and amazingly attentive, everything was amazing. The service was very good and the pool was very clean. The facilities were very nice and easy to use. The location was perfect and beautiful, for example, Cua Dai Beach Spa was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Enjoyed my very very good stay for 8 nights. The rooms were new-fashioned and mine was airy with clean towels etc, generous balcony, for example. Would recomand this place and would return there.

The place was well priced. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a mini-bar and a work desk inside the room. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was good. Late check-out was useful.

Its staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating, I enjoyed it. The location is particularly good and gorgeous, 3 km from Cam Thanh Bridge.

The restaurant here was magnificent for dinner, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes.

We had an amazing stay at a resort with a beautiful pool and direct access to the beach. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious every morning. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Super nice, pretty new hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is great, the rooms are beautiful. Not much to complain about, really. Also the free shuttle bus to the city is a great plus. All in all, highly recommended.

The staff hardly spoke any English and is not yet always at 4 star level. But this is a general problem in Vietnam. The shuttle to the airport is twice as expensive as by taxi.

The milk and many perishable products are not properly chilled at the buffet. Maybe you can optimize something here so that nothing happens at the sometimes very hot temperatures.

Great relaxing and modern accommodation with ideal setting close to Cambodia and Vietnam, and beautiful gardens right on the beach in Hoi An. Extremely helpful people working here, sumptuous breakfast. The location in the centre of the city.

The room was neat & new-fashioned together with balcony, a massive bed and a large bathroom. The breakfast was enjoyable with omelettes, pancakes and scrambled eggs, and the restaurant was nice. The location was great and beautiful - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. You can find Hidden Beach Restaurant close to the hotel to a have lunch. Nothing too much trouble, we spent a really great time here.

Had a nice stay on holidays, everything was great. The room itself was neat and airy with lovely views and had essentials we needed. The location turned out to be stunning and gorgeous, short walk to a lovely private beach, the Da Nang airport, and Boutique Hoi An Resort.
